Working at sea is not easy but the rewards are tremendous. All of our shipboard employees have a strong service ethic and are dedicated to ensuring that our guests have a superior vacation experience. Qualified candidates are willing to work continually at sea for four-, six- or eight-months depending on the position. Vacations range from six to eight weeks and shipboard employees who have performed well have the opportunity to renew their agreement before leaving the ship.
