Primary Function:
Responsible for the day to day coordinating construction projects, general repair and maintenance work. Also, assists in conducting routing preventative maintenance work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complies with departmental grooming standards.
Works variety of shifts, as needed to include nights, weekends and or holidays.
Complies with departmental and Club policies and procedures.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications/Experience:
A minimum of two years experience as electrician, and/or machinery repairer, painter, plumber or mason, preferred.
A minimum of two years experience in heating and air conditioning systems.
Must have a valid driver’s license to drive Club vehicles.
Proven knowledge of building construction methods, codes and design.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people.
Pro-active problem solver who is both approachable and tactful.
Abilities:
Physical Demands
Stands and walks for 95% of work day.
Lifts up to 10 lbs for 85% of work day.
Lifts up to 80 lbs. for 5% of work day.
Stoops, crawls and kneels to complete work assignments
Works outdoors in inclement weather 90% of the work day.
