Administrative Assistant - HR and IT

Position Summary

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team and support the Human Resources and IT Departments. S/he will provide administrative support by editing documents, filing and scheduling, the position performs duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. S/he will answer non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information. The Administrative Assistant will regularly manage communication with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience or equivalent education in the Human Resources or IT Discipline(s)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize minimum supervision.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality of all information, including but not limited to hotels, owners and corporate operations.
