are seeking a strong customer service professional that will assist with
providing quality leadership to the Front Office Team: Front Desk, PBX
Communications, Bell/Door and Night Audit. This position entails active
involvement in all areas of the Front Office. The Assistant Front Office
Manager is expected to have direct involvement with guests and employees. This
individual serves as the Manager on Duty with Security presence. This is a
hands-on position that requires active, vigorous leadership. This person will be responsible for training, supervising and working with the Front Office staff in order to achieve the Hotel's goal of providing outstanding guest service. Implement, monitor and maintain compliance with Brand programs and standards. Ensures that every guest feels cared for, valued and respected by creating Inspirational Hilton Moments. Review, verify and react to all group resumes, checking billing, room types, arrival, departure dates, and VIP designations. Confers and cooperates with other managerial staff to ensure coordination of hotel activities Exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to all departments and promotes positive team member relations through an environment that encourages open communications, trust and mutual respect. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will effectively communicate with guests, handling and resolving any service opportunities. Additionally, you will utilize your effective communication skills to conduct departmental meetings and monthly training. Supervisory experience/ managerial experience in the Front office for at least

*Four year college degree preferred*Experience in cash handling, accounting, computer systems and office
