We are currently looking for a talented & experienced hospitality professional to join our Front Office Team. Our Assistant Front Office Manager will be a leader in training, coaching, overseeing and motivating Front Office team members to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction. The Assistant Front Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining Hilton standards and providing an exceptional experience for each and every guest.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years previous experience in a full service hotel environment, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

This role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Assists Front Office Manager with all Managerial and Administrative duties
  • Excel at communicating with both Sales and Group bookings to ensure flawless experience
  • Ensures all Front Office standards are followed
  • Communicate with guests and team members to answer questions and provide clear and concise communication
  • Addressing and responding to guest comments received through various channels including social media
  • Ensures development of team members through on-going training and recognizes team members for successful achievements
  • Coaches team members immediately and professionally to minimize deficiencies and provide encouragement
  • Overseeing the handling of special room requests, VIP accommodations, amenity requests and all other guest requests
  • Assist with guest registration and all related guest service inquiries
  • Hilton OnQ system knowledge preferred
  • Must be able to work all shifts, including overnight shifts if Night Audit coverage is needed

High School or better.

Experience
