Primary Objective
The Director of Catering and Conference Services oversees Catering and Conference Services Managers and reports to the Director of Sales. In this selling role, the Director of Catering and Conference Services will create awareness of the catering capacity and generate catering revenue with focus on Wedding Receptions. He / She will manage day to day catering and conference services office operation and actively solicits past and new business to meet or exceed revenue goals as assigned.
