Hotel Property Management Accounting and Reports
Invoicing and Management of Accounts Receivables including aging.
General Ledger entry.
Reconciliation of hotel departments and accounts daily , monthly , annually
Filing of sales and hotel taxes
Run and transmit revenue forecasting reports.
Daily and Monthly general ledger analysis
Annual year-end closing work papers
Credit Card processing and accounting oversight.
Other accounting responsibilities as may be required by management.
4-year accounting degree preferred
Previous hotel experience to include property management system and general accounting procedure for hotels.
Based in Midtown Manhattan but may also require reporting to Rego Park in Queens on occasion as needed.
Salary compensation commensurate with experience and education.
