Westmont Hospitality Group is currently searching for a dynamic service and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Guest Service Agent at Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Waterfront.
Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Waterfront is a 150-room boutique hotel with luxury elements. This sophisticated, urban, waterfront retreat is surrounded by unique shopping, fine dining, spectacular coastal views, and the rich historical setting of downtown Boston, Massachusetts. We are just steps away from Boston's Italian North End, bustling Financial District, Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, and TD Garden - New England's premier sports and entertainment arena.
The Guest Service Agent maintains the highest standard of service at the front office, lobby living room and designated buildings at all times. They will greet arriving guests and residents of Battery Wharf Hotel, settle their accounts, and offer assistance throughout the duration of their stay. They will act as an ambassador of the hotel at all times, walk the lobby continuously and ensure that every guest and resident is met and greeted at all times. They will communicate with the door staff about any arrivals to ensure that each guest is greeted at the front entrance upon their arrival at the hotel.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum 1 year of guest service experience and or front office experience in a full-service hotel environment.
