Provide exceptional guest service following brands standards.
Anticipate guest's needs, acknowledge guest in a timely manner, following the 10 and 5 rule.
Maintain positive attitude and guest relations resulting in positive guest survey's.
Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction following 100% Hampton Happiness.
Maintain knowledge of all hotel features, room rates, daily house count, expected arrival departures, etc...
Accept and record wake up calls, make future reservations, provide directions, assisting in business center, etc...
Communicate guest information and requirements to designated departments.
Perform any duties as requested by management.
Previous experience working as a Hotel Guest Service Rep preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Proficiency with computers and basic math skills required.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Ability to excel in working with property management system.
Wonderful verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to create a fun and supportive working environment and willingness to be a team player.
