A Clean Smart Room for Me and Show Me You Care are two of the HIlton Pillars of Service, which Housekeepers exhibit each day in the cleaning and preparation of each guest suite while responding to any guest requests.
- Responsible for maintaining and cleaning of assigned guest suites while ensuring brand cleaning standards and time allotments are met. Duties to include:
- Change bed linens and make bed
- Clean bathrooms, washing showers/tubs, toilets, sinks and floors, etc.
- Dust and clean all furniture, fixtures, surfaces, windows, walls and mirrors
- Vacuum carpet, sweep floors
- Empty trash and recyclables.
- Replace guest room and bath room amenities
- Interact with guests and reply to any guest request
Qualified candidates should possess good customer service and teamwork skills and must be able to:
- Work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
- Read and communicate in English
- Walk, stand, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and carry 10 - 30 lbs. consistenly during an 8 hour shift
High School or better.Experience
1 year: Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
