1. Ability to promptly respond to requests from guests and other departments.
2. Responsible for stocking cart with supplies and transport the cart to assigned section.
3. Service the guestroom with the needed supplies, refresh bedding and vacuum the flooring.
4. Follow the safety and security guidelines set forth by Terrapin.
5. Make sure that personal appearance is presentable during assigned shifts.
6. Welcome and acknowledge guests when necessary.
7. Maintain a positive working relationship with fellow associates and department heads.
8. Perform other job duties but not limited to the above items as instructed by Supervisor.
9. Complete assigned board within the allotted time given during an assigned shift.
1. Ability to understand English.
2. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
3. Must be able to lift, move or push objects weighing less or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
4. Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees that involves bending, twisting and stooping.
