The Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte-Arrowood is currently accepting applications for a full-time flexible houseman.
This position requires working flexible shifts, mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays.
Responds in person to guest room issues, requests and basic maintenance issues in a professional manner.
Monitor and maintain lobby, parking lot, lobby restroom cleanliness, sanitation and organized assignments.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness & sanitation of ice machines, vents, guest hall ways and elevator landings.
Ability to use equipment such a vacuum cleaner, handy man tools, and carpet shampooer.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, clean as you go, assist other departments when needed.
Set up, clean and maintain evnt space and meeting rooms.
Follow all company safety & security procedures, report accidents, injuries, complete any and all safety training.
Uniform & personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality, protect company property.
Previous experience is preferred.
Support Teamwork, adhere to brand standards, maintain quality expectations.
Move, lift, carry items up to 50 lbs.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.
Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Professional appearance required.
