Must be able to effectively operate the different stations of the kitchen. Must completely set up the stations and adequate par for each station. To deliver high quality of food and correct quantity as per Marriott standards and other in house standards per executive chef.

Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, walk, and stand up to 8 hours per shift. Must be able to reach and lift up to 15 lbs. Must be able to push a cart of up to 50 lbs.
