The Hilton Garden Inn, located in Rockford, IL,  is searching for a Maintenance Manager! 

• Serve as a member of the hotel's Property Management Team
• Lead the maintenance department and manage daily maintenance operations
• Perform and direct preventative maintenance programs/repairs for equipment, guestrooms and the hotel overall
• Perform minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool and building-related repairs
• Act as a 'project manager' on larger maintenance related projects

What are we looking for?
• Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive functions precisely, consistently, on-time, and error free
• Ability to implement and manage projects from inception to completion
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in preventative maintenance and general repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment and building components
• Three years of hotel, building, apartment, or similar maintenance environment
• CPO certified or has the ability to attain within 60 days of employment
• Friendly customer service to brighten the day of our hotel guests
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliability and honesty
• Teamwork and cooperation
• High problem solving and analytical skills
