Job Summary:

The Night
Auditor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient
service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing
room revenue and occupancy.

Fundamental Requirements:


    Greet and welcome all
    guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Wyndham standards.

    Maintain proper
    operation of the PBX console and ensure that all hotel standards are met (if

    about hotel services, facilities and hour

Education & Experience: 

High School Diploma or equivalent

 2 years of related experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience in a hotel or related field

Physical requirements:

·  Long hours
sometimes required.

· Light work -
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force
frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
