  • Answers incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Knowledgeable of all rates, room types, hotel product and Gramercy Park Hotel's major competition making sure to maximize opportunities for rates
  • Ensures all special requests and VIP's are handled precisely and competently
  • Sends confirmations and responses via fax, mail or e-mail depending on Guests' preference.
  • Checks correspondence on a daily basis before arrival date and ensure all relevant information is acquired and fully documented and filing is up to date
  • Ensures all standards of personal appearance, grooming and conduct are an example to the team and provides a professional image at all times
  • Adhere to all Gramercy park Hotel's standards and procedures



  • Able to communicate written and spoken English clearly
  • Excellent overall communication skills
  • Excellent guest/customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information
  • Luxury hotel experience desirable.
