Direct responsibility and reporting to the General Manager.
Responsible for the staffing ,training and maintaining hotel operational standards of the Reservation Department.
Developing a yearly rate strategy for the Hotel monthly.
Setting different market segment rates through the different channels on a monthly and weekly basis.
Monitoring the weekly results through a weekly Revenue Meeting.
Advising the Sales Department on a quarterly selling rate structure using competitive analysis.
Daily, weekly and monthly selling strategy to exceed the monthly and yearly sales budget.
Knowledge of Opera and Travel Click required.
Experience in setting computer hotel rates, packages etc. required.
Working relationships with Worldwide booking engines like Expedia, Orbitz, Quick Book.
