The Room Attendants primary reponsibility is to clean guest rooms for both check-in and stay-over service in accordance with company and brand standards. The Room Attendant acts an ambassador of the hotel by providing any and all information requested by guests including hotel amenities, area attractions, and restaurants. They are to demonstrate the G.U.E.S.T and L.E.A.D.E.R at all times when interacting with guest to ensure a positive experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • No direct  reports

Experience / Education / Certifications:

  1. High School diploma - preferred
  2. Customer Service experience – required
  3. Previous housekeeping experience - preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSA’s)

  1. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and Grand Performers
  2. Strong organizational skills
  3. Guest friendly
  4. Ability to balance a variety of tasks while maintaining the highest of quality standards
  5. Ability to read/recognize various tools and chemicals used throughout the cleaning process
  6. Complete stay-over service by 6 pm
  7. Complete checkouts by 6 pm
