The Spa Concierge will provide personal assistance to any individual booking spa treatments, private training sessions and retail sales transactions. The Spa Concierge will also assist with guest inquiries about the facility or treatments offered via telephone or in person.
The Spa Concierge reports directly to the Spa Reception Manager and directly communicates and services guests.
