A Steward/Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining the kitchen equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Will wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pots using dishwasher or by hand in a fast paced kitchen environment.
Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time;
Be able to work in a standing position for long period of time;
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds; and
Be able to sweep or scrub floors.
