The Guest Hub Specialist is responsible for receiving all calls from guests, providing answers; advice, fixing problems, finding solutions, and making the guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. It is their priority to engage with guests in a caring and positive manner, using active listening skills to understand the needs and wants of guests – wherever possible, getting to know them and their preferences on a personal level. Our team of Guest Hub Specialists are an essential part of building trust and loyalty with our guests.

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of our guests with their concerns while maintaining professional standards and problem solving effectively
* Performing professionally and politely under pressure
* Ability to sit for long periods of time
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evening, overnights and holidays
* Strong computer skills
* Capacity to learn, retain and apply large amounts of information
* Able to operate efficiently and manage multiple tasks in an extremely busy environment
* Team player who is able to work independently to find answers
* Previous Guest Service Experience is an asset
* Previous experience with hospitality systems such as Opera or Micros is an asset
